By signing in or registering to use this Site, you accept all the provisions of these Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms, you should not access, use, register for, or purchase merchandise from the Site.

Shipping and payment methods:

Expedited Auto Tag and Insurance, Inc. does not currently ship to any address outside of the United States of America. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes unto you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You may purchase merchandise from the Site by using any by using a major credit or debit card. Expedited Auto Tag and Insurance, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Returns and Cancellations:

Orders you submit online may be cancelled until they are processed. Orders with a status of “Processing” may not be cancelled, and you must wait until you’ve received the merchandise in order to return it. Order status may be checked online by logging into your user account. All returns of merchandise are subject to the Expedited Auto Tag and Insurance, Inc.’s Returns & Cancellations policies below.

All return items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase! 

How to return items you purchased, which were mailed to you.

Use Your Own Shipping Labe:

You can ONLY use your own shipping label for the return. Please enclose the packing slip you received with your purchase and specify which item(s) you are returning, quantity and the return reason.

The return shipping address is printed on the packing slip included with your package. Please securely repack the return items, preferably, using the original packaging.

Refunds:

Refunds are made via making a refund to your original form of payment, after receiving the returned items and this may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.
